[C]American Flag/ Oracle Ridge Car Shuttle. Rating: C. Pace: Moderate [519, 08:00 AM, $5]. The hike combines two popular Oracle area trails the American Flag and Oracle Ridge trails. This will be a through hike starting at the American Flag trailhead and ending at the Oracle Ridge trailhead off of the Cody Loop Road. The group will lunch on the Oracle Ridge Saddle where the two trails meet. It affords beautiful views of Biosphere II and the Tortolitas to the west. Hike 6 miles; trailhead elevation 4700 feet; net elevation change 995 feet; accumulated gain 1267 feet; RTD 41 miles.
