HOWEVER, ALL HIKING CLUB MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN THIS HIKE.
A new SaddleBrooke backyard trail. The "Tortoise Rock" trail. Rating: D***. Pace: Moderate [564, 08:00 AM, $0] This trail goes to a large balanced rock east of the Preserve. Tortoise Rock trail starts at the lower end of Willow Canyon Dr and across the CDO at the base of Golder Dam. The trail makes its way north among several spectacular rock gardens, outcroppings and saguaros. Trail length is 1.2 miles one-way with accumulated elevation gain of 450 feet for the 2.4 mile round trip.

Meeting location is the Parking Lot of the PRESERVE CLUBHOUSE NEAR THE BASKETBALL HOOP (West side of large lot).
