Sabino Canyon Landscape Photography Hike: Rating C. Pace: Slow [ no number, 8:00AM $7 ].

We will begin our landscape photography hike on the Sabino Canyon Trail head following along to the Bluff Trail hiking 2.2 miles roundtrip. We will stop 5 times to take landscape pictures. Following our photography hike we will take a short 10 minute drive to Mark Sublette's, Medicine Man Art Gallery. Jerry Freud will greet us and narrate our tour at their Maynard Dizon Art Museum. Dixon’s artistic influence in advancing a modernist approach to Western Art in landscape will be followed by a 30 minute gallery viewing of several current leading Western Landscape Artists today. Leaving the Medicine Man Gallery we will lunch at Charro Cafe across the way for a stimulation discussion on landscape photography. There will be a $7.00 donation for our Maynard Dixon tour to support Mark Sublette's Navajho reservation project.
