The 2023-2024 program year was completed in April with Harry Ford’s presentation on the Saguaro Society. This capped an excellent year starting in October 2023 with six programs planned, scheduled and coordinated by our great Programs team of Bruce Hale (Chairperson), Diana Smith, and Jim Solon.
Also presented to members and SaddleBrooke residents was the February 6 Introduction to Hiking in the Desert Southwest presentation held at the DesertView Performing Arts Center, coordinated by Tim Butler.
A monumental bonus to club members was the videoing of each of these programs by our own Terry Heggy who videoed, edited, and posted all of the club’s programs to YouTube. If you missed any of these programs, you could view them by accessing the website Documents Library, clicking on the Programs page, and opening the document titled “SBHC 2023-2024 PROGRAMS”, where links to all of these programs are listed.

Finally, Terry Heggy needs assistance if the Fall programs for the club are to be videoed due to some major filming commitments he has in the queue. The process of day-of-program videoing all the way through editing and posting to YouTube is very time consuming.
Terry needs two assistants to help with the editing role. Although some experience in this capacity is beneficial, no experience is necessary, as he will provide you with instructions on what to do. Contact Terry at:
